New project meeting finally in presence!

We finally exit the Teams platform and we all met (or almost) in Piacenza to take stock of the project activities a year and a half after its launch, highlighting, in particular, the “links” between the various activities. The next few months will be full of events that will allow us to present the project “outside” and the staff will be involved in numerous field surveys to collect data on the effects of the demonstration activities on the vine, on the soil and on the whole ecosystem and to assess the effectiveness of the first version of the PockeDRIVE App, also thanks to the precious collaboration of DEMO farmers.

The grassing sown in autumn are growing after the winter season and we will also start the demonstrative action for sub-row management by planting species with reduced water requirements.

In June we will also have the opportunity to meet with winegrowers and technicians from all over Italy, the LIVING LABS group that we will host in Piacenza on 8th and 9th June. But we are not satisfied with Italy and we will also meet European stakeholders in the following months.

Aims of these meetings: collect feedback on what is proposed in the project and on the first results obtained.
